Carroll College unseats Georgetown (Ky.)

SAVANNAH, Tenn. -- Carroll College won its first NAIA national football championship Saturday with a 28-7 victory over two-time defending champion Georgetown (Ky.) Robb Latrielle completed 21 of 30 passes for 264 yards and three first-half touchdowns in being named the game's outstanding offensive player.
