Oklahoma survived the rugged Big 12

For the first time in the short, storied history of the Big 12 they held a championship game that had no bearing on the national title race. It was greeted with all the excitement it deserved. Oklahoma fans pulled for the Sooners. Colorado fans pulled for the Buffaloes.
