Duke is down this season. Fact Maybe next year they'll be ready, but this year they're just too young. Raw talent is just that -- raw. Last year the Blue Devils were bounced in the Sweet 16, meaning they lack the tourney experience to make much noise this year. Hey, there's no shame in being "down" when you're accustomed to being ranked No. 1 -- but by that standard, yes, Duke is down this year.
