Page 2 columnist Tuesday, November 5, 2002 Today is election day, and all across the United States men and women are exercising their franchise by going to the polls to cast their votes for the least corrupt candidates. Political candidates are all venal child-molesting socialists or crazed pollution-loving gun nuts. At least that's what all candidates are according to the ads, which each election set new lows for negative campaigning. What would the Framers think if they knew that U.S. democracy would lead to mindless attack ads ... Activate your ESPN Profile!
