Here's the latest news on key injuries going into Week 8: AFC East Team Comment The Bills won't have cornerback Antoine Winfield this week and probably next week as he recovers from last Friday's knee surgery. That leaves them thin at cornerback for Sunday's game against the Lions. Chris Watson starts for Winfield. Inexperienced Jason Bostic is the third cornerback.
