Miami, Virginia Tech on collision course for title

No one in the eight-team Big East has been eliminated from the conference championship race, but only Miami and Virginia Tech seem to have realistic hopes for a league title. The Hurricanes and Hokies, ranked No. 1 and No. 3 respectively, are headed for a showdown in the regular-season finale on Dec. 7 that will likely decide the league champ and a possible berth in the Fiesta Bowl, site of this year's national championship game.
