The folks at La Parma II keep table 43 open just in case Mr. Clark Gillies shows up. The Islanders' Hall of Fame wing loves to pop in at the Huntington, Long Island, restaurant for a veal chop and broccoli rabe. His table sits in the back, on the right, far from the kitchen.
