With Lee Evans coming back from injury, a 5-0 record and an above-average non-conference schedule, why is Wisconsin so low in the polls? If the Badgers beat Penn State in a couple weeks, will they be a top 10 team? Matt, Eau Claire, Wis. They would get close to the top 10. The Badgers beat Arizona soundly last week, and Anthony Davis is one of the best backs in the Big Ten. Wisconsin is a fine football team.
