If the Badgers beat Penn State in a couple weeks, will they be a top 10 team? Matt, Eau Claire, Wis. They would get close to the top 10. The Badgers beat Arizona soundly last week, and Anthony Davis is one of the best backs in the Big Ten. Wisconsin is a fine football team.
