Kevin Steele provided the feel-good moment of the Big 12 media days in Houston in late July. The Baylor coach, apparently in control of his senses and acting on his own free will, purposefully tossed around words like talent and depth and conditioning. He did so not as some kind of ethereal wish list, but like a kid who still thought Santa Claus was real.
