(AP) -- Tampa Bay manager Hal McRae did know how to explain the Devil Rays' power surge. xxx Jared Sandberg hit two of light-hitting Tampa Bay's club-record six home runs Saturday night in a 13-6 win over the Kansas City Royals. Carl Crawford and Andy Sheets each hit three-run homers, and Aubrey Huff and Steve Cox added solo shots for the Devil Rays, who had a major league-low 91 homers before Saturday's outburst.
