Carolina Panthers A new head coach has energized this team, and with a 1-15 2001 record almost every position is up for grabs.  The new staff gave the roster as big a makeover as the salary cap allowed with plenty of inexpensive players brought in to increase competition.  There's not a lot of talent on this team, but they'll play together as a group much better than last year's Panthers.   Running Back Exp Ht Wt Notes Lamar Smith 9 5-11 ...
