Fool 'em once, as the old adage goes, shame on you. Fool 'em twice, well ... shame on the New Orleans Saints, who took one chance too many in acquring troubled free agent cornerback Dale Carter during the offseason. They are now paying the consequences for their lack of judiciousness.
