Talent steps forward in draft

This wasn't planned. There was no conspiracy to hide the true point guards, the shooting guards or the centers. Small and power forwards -- the "3s" and "4s" as they are termed -- are just too plentiful, too good, and simply the most loaded position in the 2002 draft. How loaded?
