ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- Shannon Johnson's hot shooting made Dee Brown's WNBA coaching debut a success. Johnson scored 17 of her 22 points in the opening 10 minutes as the Orlando Miracle beat the Detroit Shock 80-66 Thursday night. "The first win is nice, just to get it over with. Better sooner than later,'' said Brown, a 12-year NBA veteran who took the Miracle job in April. "It's great fun to coach. I want to compete and give our team a chance to win.''
