Nothing makes a New England winter move along faster than the Patriots playing deep into January. Turn on any TV station and they're showing a Pats-related story. You see Patriots bumper stickers on toll-booth buckets and telephone poles. At my local bank, there's a Patriots sticker on one of the windows.
