WAC becomes a perfect 10

The WAC lost TCU, but picked up both Boise State and Louisiana Tech to make it a 10-team league. While UTEP is the defending champ, there are plenty of questions. After all, they must replace QB Rocky Perez and All-America tight end Brian Natkin. Among the challengers will be San Jose State, which is led by RB Deonce Whitaker.
