It will work like this: when David Stern announces that a team is on the clock, a pre-selected blogger who loves that team (or at least kind of likes them) will make the pick, in real time, for his or her team. Then, when Stern announces the actual pick, that same blogger will give a quick reaction, and the next blogger will pick. It's second-guessing your team, in public, in real time!
