Running back Darius Marshall and defensive back DeQuan Bembry will serve six months unsupervised probation after entering conditional guilty pleas to misdemeanor possession of marijuana on Monday.

The charge will be removed from their records if the players complete the probation.

Marshall and Bembry were arrested May 2 and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. A couple of days later the felony charges were dropped and reduced to misdemeanors.

Both players remain suspended and there's no word on whether coach Mark Snyder will allow them back on the team in the fall.
