On Wednesday, I did a Q&A about East Carolina running back Dominique Lindsay, but I ran out of room to mention one of the other things that got him through his recent surgery -- his 9-year-old sister, Titi.

Titi and her brother are close, so after Dominique's surgery, his mother dropped Titi off at his house to spend time with him. She stayed a week before school started and introduced him to Wii bowling, which he is now addicted to, and helped him by cooking meals, doing chores and just keeping him company while his teammates and roommates were busy.

"She came up and stayed with me and she was like my little helper," Lindsay said. "She was going downstairs, putting food in the microwave for me. My mom prepared all the food and all she had to do was put it in the oven and stuff like that. So she helped me out a ton."

Lindsay said Titi is a big football fan and likes to come to all of his games. So when there were no games to come to, she did the next best thing and hung out with her big brother in his time of need.
