RIVER FALLS, Wis. -- In between conducting interviews at the Chiefs' camp on a rainy western Wisconsin day, I am hitting the other teams in the division. I have some extended thoughts on stories from around the division. I will be back soon with those. But now, a quick ride through the headlines in the AFC West.
Denver
- Last August, the Cowboys beat up the Broncos for a week. The Broncos hope that doesn't happen again.
Kansas City
- Here is a strong read on the heartbreak that Chiefs' receiver Devard Darling carries with him.
Oakland
San Diego
- Here's a story that says the few questions the Chargers have have been answered. I have to agree.
- One problem San Diego does have is injuries and they are adding up. Receiver Vincent Jackson is easing back into work. It is not serious and that is a good thing for San Diego because he is a star in the making.
