SAN FRANCISCO -- Starting nose tackle Gabe Watson and rookie receiver Early Doucet are among the Cardinals' players inactive against the 49ers today, the team announced.

Watson continues to recover from knee surgery. Veteran Bryan Robinson starts in his place. The Cardinals' third nose tackle, Alan Branch, is also inactive with injury today. 

Also inactive for the Cardinals: J.J. Arrington, Brandon Keith and Jerame Tuman. Brian St. Pierre is the third quarterback. If he plays, the top two quarterbacks cannot return to the game.
