As promised, NFC West team rosters are updated and wrapped into a single file for your downloading pleasure. Once the file is open, click on the tabs at the bottom to navigate between the Cardinals ("ARI"), Rams ("STL"), 49ers ("SF") and Seahawks ("SEA"). I'll make these available periodically; they change just about every day.

For the uninitiated: Be warned. This stuff isn't for everyone. Rosters show 25 columns of information for every player on the roster (and every player who has been on these teams' rosters at any point in the last year or longer). Rosters also include summary information showing roster composition by college conference, position, round drafted, drafted by own, drafted by other, age, weight, offense, defense, etc. We also show how these teams' rosters stack up against league averages (and by defensive scheme ... 3-4 vs. 4-3).
