For those of you who don't plan your lives around Scouts Inc. reports, you need to get with the program. Keith Kidd took a look at 11 weeks worth of film and came up with a top 25 list of 2008 rookies. Here were the highest finishers from the NFC East:

6. WR DeSean Jackson, Eagles

14. SS Chris Horton, Redskins

16. RB Felix Jones, Cowboys

I thought Horton should've been in the top 10. And where is Giants safety Kenny Phillips? Dolphins defensive end Kendall Langford checks in at the No. 24 spot. Do we really think Langford outplayed Phillips?

It is wild that the Redskins picked three players in the second round. None of them made the list.
