We learned a little more about the league today, and it's time to recognize several of the day's standouts. The Deckers are not related, by the way.

Illinois QB Juice Williams: The man who led the Illini to victory last November at Ohio State produced another road masterpiece against Michigan. The junior had 310 passing yards and two touchdowns to go along with 121 rushing yards and two more scores as Illinois thumped Michigan 45-20. Williams' 431 total yards were the most by a player in Michigan Stadium history.

Minnesota WR Eric Decker: He continues to be the best wide receiver no one's heard about, but Big Ten defenses had better take notice. Decker tied a school record with 13 receptions for 190 yards in a 16-7 win against Indiana. The junior leads the Big Ten with 50 receptions and 696 receiving yards this season.

Michigan State LB Adam Decker: Decker made the defensive play of the day, dropping Iowa's Shonn Greene for a loss on fourth-and-1 from the Spartans' 21-yard line late in the fourth quarter to preserve a 16-13 win. Decker tied for the team lead with eight tackles as the Spartans defense held Iowa to one touchdown.

Penn State RB Evan Royster: It has come to be expected that Royster will have at least 120 rushing yards and a ridiculous yards-per-carry average every time he steps on the field. His latest installment came at Purdue, as he racked up 141 yards and a touchdown on only 18 carries (7.8 yards-per-carry) in a 20-6 win. The Big Ten has several grinder-type backs in Javon Ringer, Shonn Greene, Chris "Beanie" Wells and P.J. Hill, but Royster might be the league's most dangerous ball-carrying threat.

Ohio State QB Terrelle Pryor: Placed in a situation where a true freshman quarterback is supposed to fail, Pryor came up with the first of many memorable moments. As Ohio State trailed 17-13, he led the offense on a 12-play 80-yard scoring drive and raced in for the game-winning touchdown with 1:08 remaining to beat Wisconsin 20-17. Pryor converted twice on third down and on a second-and-15 to set up the score. It's rare when a player backs up his recruiting hype, but Pryor has done so.
