ESPN's own  Quint Kessenich stopped in at Inside Lacrosse to share some of the things that annoy him in the lacrosse world. Quint has never pulled punches and keeps bringing lacrosse in a way that beginers to the game, as well as people who have been around for years, can enjoy and debate at the same time.  

All in all I agree with Quint on just about everything. I know we as a team didn't love wearing our game jerseys for scrimmages. so I agree with this. You want your jersey to be sacred, when those things come out it means its spring! In fall ball just keep them in the vault!

Handshakes, pre-game warm-ups, and goal celebration are also on his list and I'd say he is easy to agree with. I'd also like that people walking from offscreen left to right is comedy... Quint going therough the handshake line is something we all need to appreciate.
