The Raiders and 49ers have discussed working out together during training camp.

There are still logistics to be worked out and the idea could still fall through, but a workout between the teams has been discussed. It would likely occur at Oakland's training camp in Napa, Calif. The two teams open the preseason against each other Aug. 8.

Dual workouts are common for NFL teams during training camp. Among those dual workouts scheduled for this summer will be the Vikings and Chiefs in River Falls, Wis., and Dallas and Denver in Englewood, Colo.
