Rich McKay has filled a lot of roles in his time in the NFL. He's been a ball boy for the Bucs, the architect of Tampa Bay's Super Bowl team and the point man for the Michael Vick disaster last year.

Now, McKay, the president of the Falcons, is taking on a new role. He's trying to figure out how to sell tickets in Atlanta, which won't be easy after last season. McKay was stripped of his general manager duties after last season and his new role is to focus on the business side.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that McKay has decided to delay the sale of single-game tickets in an attempt to sell more season tickets. McKay said the Falcons have added 10,000 season-ticket holders since last year, but it's unclear how many they lost and that number very well could be over 10,000.

The Falcons are about to kick off the second part of a marketing campaign aimed at attracting more season-ticket holders. McKay said the team will wait until closer to the start of the regular season to put single-game tickets on sale.
