'Fishing Tackle' aftermath

I caught up with offensive linemen Joe Thomas and Hank Fraley of the Cleveland Browns during last week's veteran minicamp, and both players were looking forward to reading today's story.

They agreed the events on June 1 that helped produce this all-access, first-person account were part of a fun day on Lake Erie.

As for their fishing trip mentioned at the end of the article, Thomas said they all went back out later in the afternoon but the fish weren't biting much.

Since the crew caught seven walleyes earlier in the day, perhaps I was the group's good luck charm.
