If you're a Chiefs fan (and who isn't?), Arrowhead Addict is a daily must-read. Today, the blog features a brief, but entertaining, interview with wide receiver Dwayne Bowe.

If you believe what Bowe's saying, he was pretty much calling the shots on draft day. Bowe told Herm Edwards to select his former LSU teammate Glenn Dorsey, and that's what happened.

"He is from LSU, what do you expect?," Bowe said. "I told Herm Edwards if you want to win, draft Glenn and that's what he did. So you can expect 'The Show' and former LSU superstar Glenn Dorsey to make it happen for the Chiefs this year."

When he mentions "The Show," Bowe is, in fact, referring to himself. And in this day and age of me-first wide receivers, it's neat to see a kid show that type of humility.

We also learn that Bowe's favorite rapper is Lil' Wayne, which gives us something else in common. Asked if he could hang with Lil' Wayne on the mic, Bowe said, "Of course, he do his thang on the mic, I do my thang on the field, but at the same time, we are both doing our thing."

Right now, I have to go do my NFC East thang.
