Kansas City closes the door on Allen

The Jared Allen era is officially over in Kansas City and apparently there are hard feelings. The restaurant Allen just opened in Kansas City has closed its doors.

Blame it on location. Allen now works in Minnesota and that didn't play well in Kansas City. Allen's trade from the Chiefs to the Vikings came down about the same time the restaurant doors were opening. The timing spelled instant trouble for the business.
