A key player within the NFL Players' Association said players are not shocked to hear about Chris Mortensen's report that NFL owners may soon dissolve the collective bargaining agreement.

"We've been expecting this," said Denver cornerback Domonique Foxworth, who is on the NFLPA's executive committee. "We knew it was coming."

Foxworth said if the owners make this move, it will be a clear sign that a lockout will be looming in 2011. "It will be a final warning that turmoil is on the way," Foxworth said.

Foxworth said that the NFLPA will be prepared for any move made by owners. "We've talked and we have a plan," Foxworth said. "It'll be interesting."
