Goodell: Walsh would hand tapes to Adams

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell, in response to questioning, said Matt Walsh told him he would pass along improper tapes of opponents' coaching signals to Patriots executive Ernie Adams, at which point Walsh would lose track of the videos and their potential impact.
