Packers may be moving away from Culpepper

With the Packers adding two quarterbacks in the draft last weekend it is unlikely Green Bay will pursue veteran quarterback Daunte Culpepper. He visited Green Bay prior to the draft.

It wouldn't be a total shock if Culpepper returns to Oakland. The Raiders could use another quarterback and the Culpepper-Raiders' marriage was mostly a pleasant experience in 2007. Culpepper has to know he'll be a backup anywhere he signs so perhaps the familiarity of Oakland will appeal to him. Plus, he doesn't seem to have many options at this point, anyway.
