Phone lines are burning in Kansas City

Expect the Chiefs to be one of the busiest teams in the league this weekend. Really, the Chiefs have to be busy -- they have a league-high 13 choices.

The Chiefs have six of the first 82 picks and have the flexibility to move up and down the draft board at will. The word around the league this morning is that the Chiefs are willing to trade up or down in each round. The team is wiilling to move down from No. 5 and might be priming to move up from No. 17.

No matter what happens, expect the Chiefs to be major players in how this draft shakes out.
