It is going to be an interesting draft weekend in Oakland, where Hashmarks will be to chronicle the good times.

Raiders coach Lane Kiffin reiterated this week what he said earlier this month at the NFL owners' meetings. He'd like to trade down from the No. 4 pick and that the Raiders are stacked at running back, which may be mean the team doesn't take Darren McFadden. Kiffin doesn't come across a as smoke screen type of guy. I think he truly wants to trade down and that he doesn't want to draft McFadden.

It seems Kiffin really wants to take a defensive lineman, which represents Oakland's greatest need. But again, it may not matter what Kiffin wants. It's all up to Al Davis. It will be a fun weekend in Oakland, indeed.
