The Pacman Jones trade altered the draft order one more time by handing the Cowboys' fourth-round pick to the Titans. Our updated draft-order file includes how many picks each team possesses, how many picks are tradeable, how many points the picks are worth on the draft-value chart, how teams acquired picks and more.
The Titans now have eight picks, one more than the Cowboys. Tennessee owns rights to 69 players, counting franchise player Albert Haynesworth and three unsigned restricted free agents. The draft would take them to 77 players, leaving three spots for street free agents (a number that could fluctuate based on how many players land on reserve lists when camp opens, and depending on whether current players are released).
Kansas City owns rights to a league-low 58 players. But with a league-high 13 picks, the Chiefs can get to 71 by the weekend. They would still have room to snap up quite a few undrafted players.
