Packers secondary going sans sleeves

In what appears to be a show of unity, about 80 percent of the Packers' roster is going without sleeves. It is officially 1 below zero as we speak. I just took a look at the Giants' starting defense, and seven players were wearing sleeves.

Packers running back Ryan Grant is once again going without sleeves. The entire Packers offensive line is also going sleeveless. I've been watching Brett Favre and Eli Manning pretty closely, and they both look fairly comfortable.

I don't think you'll see a lot of drops early, but as it gets colder, the ball will get heavier. In the second half, I think you'll see some drops. Here's one other thing I'm hearing: The Packers won't be running out of four and five-receiver sets as much as usual tonight because of the intense cold.

Favre's worried that he won't be able talk tonight, so the Packers have worked on silent counts a lot this week. Both teams have returned to the locker rooms.
