In case you missed it, the New York Post struck a blow for journalism by flying in a Jessica Simpson lookalike for Sunday's Texas Stadium and placing her at the 50-yard line, three rows behind the Cowboys' bench.
The Post discovered nanny Lynsey Nordstrom in Bothell, Wash., which is apparently a hotbed for Simpson lookalikes. Nordstrom donned the same pink Tony Romo jersey that Simpson wore during the Eagles game last month.
"I knew we were going to win when I saw her," said Giants fans Anthony Triglia. "I'm dead serious!"
"You have to come to Green Bay," Triglia told Nordstrom.
According to Triglia, Nordstrom responded, "What's Green Bay?"
OK, I'm done with the Simpson-Romo angle.
