We're hearing reports about an incident that took place at the Audi Lounge Party in Paradise Valley last night. The Audi Lounge is actually a gigantic tent on a posh estate north of Scottsdale.
According to sources close to Hashmarks, Entourage's Adrian Grenier aka Vincent Chase was sipping on a drink when he was approached by a member of ESPN's "Around The Horn" cast.
Knowing that Turtle (Jerry Ferrara) is a huge sports fan, ATH's Tim Cowlishaw assumed that Grenier probably watched ESPN as well. I'm told that Cowlishaw took an aggressive path toward the Entourage star.
"Adrian, I just wanted say I love the show. I'm Tim Cowlishaw from 'Around The Horn'. [Blank stare from Grenier]...I don't know if you've seen it."
"No, I haven't," responded Grenier.
"OK, nice to meet you then," said Cowlishaw as he crawled away.
When Paris Hilton walked past him later in the evening, Cowlishaw elected not to pursue the same line of questioning. Tonight, Hashmarks will attend the ESPN The Magazine party.
