Memo to players: Hire a driver

Unfortunately, we've had our first player arrest of the week. Giants defensive end Adrian Awasom was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

I had a bad feeling about the transportation options at Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort and Spa. On my first trip out there, players were walking around the parking lot aimlessly. It's located in the middle of the Sonora Desert.

The Patriots' team hotel is located in north Scottsdale, and it's easy to find a ride. Awasom has been on injured reserve since Sept. 18, so it's not big blow to the team.
