Vince Young has left the field

Titans quarterback Vince Young was injured when he tried to carry out a play-fake and collided with Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman a few moments ago.

Veteran Kerry Collins replaced Young and was sacked on the final play of the series with 13:05 left in the first half. Young is up throwing on the sideline now, and it looks like he'll be back.

Chargers tight end Antonio Gates has left the game with a bruised back and his return is questionable. And right after the announcement, Gates jogged back onto the field.
