Heath Evans' touchdown run just pulled New England into a 10-10 tie. Two more Baltimore penalties helped the Patriots keep this drive going. Referee Walt Anderson and crew have assessed seven penalties against the Ravens and zero against the Patriots (Baltimore declined one penalty against New England). Anderson assessed 11 penalties against the Ravens during a 2005 home game against Cleveland. He assessed 10 penalties against Baltimore during a 2003 home game against Pittsburgh.
