Niners fortunate Seahawks aren't as good

The 49ers are playing about as well offensively as they did when Alex Smith was getting pounded as a rookie starter. The difference tonight is that Seattle isn't as good now as it was then; otherwise we might have a 31-0 score at halftime instead of the current 17-0 margin.

The 49ers were fortunate to get that first down right before halftime. Replays seemed to show the pass falling incomplete. There was no point in challenging the play because the half ended.
