Browns May Have Set League Record

I was a little taken back when I heard the Browns were called for four penalties on one play in the first half. In my mind, the Browns probably huddled up for the punt, and someone said, "You know what would be funny?"

I mean this type of thing demands amazing precision. You needed four of the 11 guys to screw something up in the span of about 12 seconds. Fortunately, my friends over at AOL Fanhouse have broken down the play for us.
