What was Manning thinking?

Peyton Manning is sitting on the sideline reviewing photos of his third-quarter interception. It's easy to look at plays like that and wonder what the quarterback was thinking. Rodney Harrison was right there, for everyone to see. But the quarterback makes decisions based on things he sees early in the play. He doesn't always have time to see the whole field in that split-second he has to make a decision. Rodney Harrison won that battle, but the Colts will be getting the ball back anyway. New England went nowhere on its next drive.
