Short week concerns Burress

Giants receiver Plaxico Burress dominated at times tonight despite being less than full strength with that ankle injury. He hasn't practiced since the Wednesday before the Green Bay game several weeks ago, and now he has a short week heading into a turf game (at home against San Francisco). Burress said his ankle feels OK some days, bad other days. Yesterday was a tough day, he said, but today was better. He couldn't fully elevate for that pass Eli Manning threw to him against the all-out blitz. Burress had single coverage against DeAngelo Hall. Burress said he's a little concerned about playing in Week 7 on the short week.
