Favre checks out with 8.9 rating

Brett Favre left the game with an 8.9 passer rating. He has completed five of 14 passes for 56 yards, with two interceptions. Packers medical personnel appear to be massaging Favre's injured throwing arm while they tend to him on the sideline.

The Cowboys just struck deep down the right sideline from their own end zone, Tony Romo finding Terrell Owens working against Al Harris. This was a good result for the Cowboys, but Romo took a hard shot from Aaron Kampman on the play. Then, as Romo fell to the ground, one of his teammates slammed into Romo's back while (apparently) attempting to block Kampman.

Speaking of Kampman & the Cowboys have handled him pretty well, although Marc Columbo got away with a false start on a pass play earlier in this game.
