Bengals linebacker Odell Thurman, who is serving a one-year suspension for his third violation of the league's substance-abuse policy, stands accused of kicking and hitting two men in his hometown Monticello, Ga., over the weekend.
The two men are alleging that Thurman committed acts of criminal trespass, aggravated assault and pointing a gun during a house party in the early hours of Sunday morning.
