Jessie Pellot-Rosa, the former basketball player for Virginia Commonwealth, is  trying to make the transition to the NFL with the Jets. Pellot-Rosa admits he needs work on route running. He tends to stay too high when he run his routes. Pellot-Rosa stayed after practice today to work with the coaches on his receiving skills.

 "I need to improve my speed, pass-catching ability, and I need to watch more film," he said.
