Sorry I'm a little late in getting this up, but Wisconsin senior quarterback Allan Evridge sat out Tuesday's practice with a hamstring injury. It doesn't seem too serious, and the frontrunner for the Badgers' starting job should be back in practice by the weekend.

"Towards the end of practice [Monday] night rolling out he fired up his hamstring," coach Bret Bielema said. "Indications are it's probably going to be a day or two at max. Hopefully we'll have him back for Friday or Saturday's practice."

Reserve running back John Clay continued to sit out with an ankle injury and walk-on linebacker Tony Megna [concussion] also was held out, according to the team's practice report. Bielema expects star tight end Travis Beckum to be practicing at full strength by Aug. 20.
